The Boarding Community at NLCS Jeju is a strong and vibrant one, made up of students who choose to make the school their home for much of their educational journey. The role of Assistant Boarding Mistress is an important position within this community, contributing to the day-to-day life of a Boarding Home and helping to create the best possible experience for our students — a true home from home.
We are seeking a colleague who can build positive relationships with students, provide thoughtful pastoral care, and help ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of those in their care. A genuine commitment to supporting the personal and academic growth of young people is central to the role.
The position includes a teaching commitment and opportunities to contribute to our Excellence Beyond the Curriculum programme. It offers an excellent opportunity for colleagues who enjoy working closely with students and who are keen to develop their pastoral leadership experience while playing a meaningful role in the wider life of the school.
